K. Justin Hutton, Attorney
Mr. Hutton was born in the State of New York, but grew up in Northeast Tennessee. He comes from a proud family that took it upon themselves to protect and defend the United States. Thus, after he graduated from Sullivan East High School he joined the United States Marine Corps where he served with distinction and after receiving an honorable discharge in 1998 he returned home to pursue his education. He is a graduate of Northeast State Technical Community College and East Tennessee State University and holds an Associate Degree in General Studies and a Baccalaureate of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science. In 2004 he was admitted to the Appalachian School of Law where he received multiple awards in legal writing, was on the dean’s list, and graduated in the top 25% of his class.
After serving the public in the Office of the Public Defender for Sullivan county and solo practice he joined The Senter Law Firm, pc, in 2015 as an associate attorney. During his tenure at the Firm Mr. Hutton has distinguished himself as an energetic and ethical counsel for people in construction, personal injury and medical malpractice cases.
Mr. Hutton practices Construction law, Personal Injury, Divorce, Child Custody, Adoption, Guardian Ad Litem, Criminal Law, and Juvenile Law, and is licensed in Tennessee and Virginia as well as the Federal Courts in Tennessee.
